Fished commercially in Alaska since 1888, Alaskan Halibut is a favorite among seafood lovers. King’s Seafood Company sources Wild Halibut from one of the most well-managed fisheries in the world, which means the fish isn’t overfished and strict guidelines are followed.

At the Water Grill restaurants, our 'Nose-To-Tail' Halibut program utilizes every part of the fish.

Featured dishes include the cheeks, collars, fillet, and tail — we even use the fins as garnish, and render the remaining parts of the fish down to a rich seafood stock. It’s a one-of-a-kind, seasonal experience.

Wild Halibut season lasts until mid-November.
