"As a restaurant Manager, if walking through a buzzing dining room filled with smiles and celebrations doesn't excite you, you're in the wrong industry,” said Travis Robinson, Water Grill General Manager. “The hospitality industry is all about caring about others and wanting them to be happy. We want to ensure guests leave happier than when they arrived.”
With more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Robinson has a true passion for what he does, and it shows. He’s been a part of the Water Grill family for several years, managing various restaurant locations. He now heads Water Grill's newest restaurant in Denver, Colorado, managing the front and back of the house crews.

We provide the world class experience and atmosphere the city is looking for, while providing the best product the area has to offer.”

While Robinson has been in a leadership role for several years, he continues to learn from amazing leaders around him. The most impactful piece of advice he received from another General Manager: "True leaders never ask someone to do something they are either incapable or unwilling to do themselves,” he explained. “I believe true leaders lead by example — they encourage, empower, support, guide, and empathize. It’s a true privilege leading teams and challenging them to achieve amazing results.”
