In one year, we:
· Served more than 190,000 Guests
· Prepared 10,000 Kids meals
· Shucked more than 200,000 oysters
· Cracked open 6,000 Sea Urchins
· Poured 60,000 signature cocktails
· Dished out more than 10,000 Butter Cakes (that’s a lot of cake!)
